The Inclusive Childhood Education, BS major is currently not available at the undergraduate level due to state level certification changes. All students enrolled in this major (AY 25-26 and earlier) will have an opportunity to complete the program (grades 1-6). Students interested in preparing for a special education certification are encouraged to seek more information regarding the MSED in inclusive special education program that is available as a 100% online and is designed to help teachers meet the ever-changing demands of diverse classrooms and may be completed by teachers with certification in nearly any area or grade level. This degree prepares candidates for the All Grades Special Education Certification (K-12).

You must complete one course with diversity (D) coding and one writing intensive course (W). These courses need to be additional course, but can be ones that also fill another requirement.

2. Workshops must be completed before Clinical Block 1.
3. Clinical Block courses must be taken together in the same semester.
